Ambience was ok but massage was lacking professionalism. We've had massages in Thailand, Vietnam, spain and the uk and this was by far the least relaxing. Maybe this is the Malaysian style but there was no pressure even when we asked, and the technique was not good. Maybe some staff training and breaks for the staff as they were obviously over worked as staff were running around from customer to customer. The moment we entered we felt so relaxed. We were given a quick feet bath and some ginger tea prior to the message. The place smelled like aroma oils. Staff were all soooo friendly and welcoming. Got a reservation although i booked the day itself with a stroke of luck they had to reject many calls cos they were then fully booked. The masseuses were very firm yet super gentle when speaking to you or making sure that you were definitely return for sure. The location is near to Masjid Jami Malang, so the location is very strategic, and you can visit more than one attraction square is quite wide, and there is beautiful garden around it. Many beautiful flowers, plants, and trees well organized there. I like so many Coleus here too It's really a nice place for morning or afternoon jogging, and also a good place for children to because there is a play&sport area for kids there. Some people also enjoying this place for small picnic with family/friends.
